Cherry Enchiladas

15 flour tortillas
2 cans of pie filling--I used dark sweet cherry but you can use peach, lemon etc.

Place 2 heaping TBS. on each tortilla and roll up and put in 9x 13 pan-seam side down--this was too many in the pan so I took out 3.

Boil
2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups water and 1 stick of butter.

Pour over tortillas and let set at least four hours on the kitchen counter.

Bake at 350 degress for 30 minutes  and then mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1 TBS cinnamon and chopped pecans.  Sprinkle over tortillas and bake another 15 min.
