FIG PIE

4 c figs, cut in slices
3/4 c sugar (or less)
2 T flour
butter
cinnamon

Cut figs into slices & mix with flour & sugar until well coated. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and dot with small slices of butter.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.  Cool before cutting.
