Mexican Wedding Cake

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 20 oz. crushed pineapple in juice
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecan

Combine all the ingredients and bake in a greased and floured ( I used bakers secret) 13 X 9 baking pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden.

Cream Cheese Icing

1 8 oz pkg creme cheese
1/2 cu. butter softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
