Victoria Educational Gardens
Water Feature ONE
VEG's first water feature was the central focus of the Children's Garden.  It is a round, concrete fish/lily pond with a metal water fountain feature, designed by Barbara Sparkman.

After beginning construction in May of 2002, the fish pond was ready for the Grand Opening in May of 2003.  Members here celebrate the Grand Opening with participants from the community.  Photo by Don Plowman
