Corrections to Victoria County Master Gardener Association Cookbook

p. 46 – Vegetable Dip – Ingredients should show 3 T. tomato sauce or paste.

p. 61 – Christmas Boil – is not a Beverage.  It is to make your kitchen smell fragrant during the holidays.

p. 82 - Broccoli Salad - The ingredients for the dressing are as follows: 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
6 T. red vinegar (or to taste)

p. 172 - Burrito Bake - Add 1-1/2 c. flour to the ingredients.  Then, in the blender, mix the flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, and oleo until smooth.  This will give you a crust under the rest of the ingredients.

p. 184 - Patti’s Lasagna should have 2 eggs.

p. 192 – Bob’s Secret Cornbread – Add 1 cup milk

p. 238 - Suzann’s Peach Cobbler - Ingredients should include 3 containers of 16 oz. frozen peaches.

p. 269 - Microwave Peanut Brittle - should say “1 tsp. vanilla instead of 1/2 tsp. salt; also “let cool” instead of “let cook.”
